If you understand all requirements and wish to certify your company and sign up for the audit, we kindly request you to complete the Application Form.

Every organization needs to comply with the local laws and regulations. To become an RCC Certified and Registered Company, your company should comply with the following requirements:
General requirements for all organizations

Share basic information about the organization

Valid registration at the Aruba Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Annual financial statements are up to date
-
Show proof of fiscal compliance

Valid registration at the SVB and proof of prime payments

Show compliance of pension requirements with a providers statement

Have valid installers licenses for gas and electrical installation

Have a Liability Insurance

Have a Safety Policy signed by the director of the organization
Requirements for companies with 4 to 25 employees

Comply with all general requirements mentioned above

Have at least one client and /or project reference

Annual Contribution Fee
Application Fee
To develop, promote and continue the RCC initiative a yearly fee must be contributed to get certified and registered as a RCC compliant company.
The annual fee/contribution is:
- AFl 695,-- for companies with 1 to 3 employees
- AFl 1043,-- for companies from 3 to 25 employees
- AFl 1900,-- for companies with more than 25 employees
After the application approval, a 50% invoice will be emailed to the representative of the organization.
Once this first payment is received the RCC coordinator will schedule the audit with the registered RCC auditor.

Application Review
After submitting the application you will receive an email. The RCC coordinator will review the application. If the application is complete the coordinator will send the first invoice to be paid. Once the payment is received, the RCC coordinator will contact a registered RCC auditor to make an appointment for the audit.

After a positive application review and intake, the RCC coordinator will contact a RCC registered auditor who will make an appointment with the organization for the audit.

After the initial audit, a yearly (recurrence) audit will be conducted to check if the organization still meets the requirements.

After a positive application review, the RCC coordinator will contact a RCC registered auditor who will make an appointment with the organization for an initial interview, go through the guidelines and sign the Non Disclosure Agreement .
Audit and Evaluation
A RCC registered auditor will check if all RCC requirements are met. This will be done on site together with the director of the company. The auditor will make up the audit report. This report must be signed by the director and the auditor and will be presented to the RCC coordinator. The coordinator will evaluate the completeness and quality of the report.

Publication of the Certificate
After the positive certification steps and board approval, the organization is handed over a certificate. The certificate is valid for one year. The organization can use the RCC logo on letterheads, website etc. to show that the company is certified. There are rules for using the logo, see the pdf document.

Certification Approval
If all requirements are met and the audit report is reviewed by the RCC coordinator, the board of RCC will approve the certification process. The organization is now officially certified occurring the RCC requirements. The organization is handed over a certificate and will be registered on this website as certified company.

After a positive audit and certification approval. the second and last 50% invoice will be emailed to the representative of the organization.
After receiving the payment the RCC coordinator will send the certificate and audit report. The organization will be registered on the RCC website, see Certified Companies
